I am the mother of six amazing children - three wonderful step sons aged 9, 11 and 13 and three fantastic daughters aged 7, 9 and 11. Yes that's right, its just like the Brady Bunch but unfortunately no Alice!!!

I became doula as I have a passion for educating and supporting pregnant woman and their families in their choices for birthing and parenting options. I believe that education is the key for families to make informed choices to help the family experience a more positive labour and birth.

I love being there to support mothers and their families. It is an amazing gift to be asked to attend the birth and support the family at this very special time. I feel that the continuity of care through a midwife or doula is a significant feature to a better birthing experience.

As a doula I can offer assistance with birth plans, the labour and birth. I am a qualified breastfeeding counsellor and do intuitive healing. I am also available to provide post natal support including breastfeeding information, settling techniques, preparing family meals and much more.
