As a mum and a doula, I believe that every woman has the right to plan and
prepare for the best possible birth experience. There are many choices a
woman can make during her pregnancy and labour that can result in a
wonderful birth experience.

I trained as a birth companion after the birth of my first daughter. I had the very rewarding experience of a well planned, informed and supported birth of my second daughter, together with my husband and doula. I'm glad to bring this first hand experience to my work as a doula.

I really enjoy helping couples source information and answer their questions during pregnancy. The relationship built during this time serves as a fantastic foundation as ‘birth day’ approaches. It is great to see the time spent planning and chatting about a desired birth experience become reality
in labour.

I look forward to supporting both partners as they go through all the wonderful and hard parts of labour. My role is to help in any way I can!

Families experience many changes after the birth of a baby. I am also available to provide post-birth help to make this adjustment period as smooth as possible.
